Our Purpose
Bridging Community Resources assists and supports a diverse group of individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our programs aim to change the narrative by fostering independence through community integration training. We reinforce practices to develop a strong awareness of self-advocacy, safety, personal health and hygiene, nutrition, physical fitness, and emergency procedures.

Our History
Through The Years
1963
Founded in 1963, BCR is the only program in Burbank that supports both children and adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities. For over 57 years, we have and continue to serve individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, epilepsy, brain disorders, cognitive disorders and other disabilities.
