Community Integration

Our program provides Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Resources, allowing individuals to self-advocate and learn about diverse lifestyles. We encourage person-centered and family-driven services that foster a better relationship with the person and their circle of support. The program utilizes a variety of educational workshops, peer support, group activities, and community-based instruction, all designed to meet each individual’s interests with experiential learning and skills development opportunities. Our program serves individuals ages 18 and older.

We are committed to a continuum of services and programs to promote maximum engagement in the local community while strengthening skills and life learning. Our program includes low ratios to offer individualized interaction and engagement levels to meet the consumer’s unique needs.

Our center and community-based setting provide our program to increase independence and inclusion. The participants work on vocational skills, personal growth and development, and heightened awareness of their environment. Organized activities in the greater community provide learning opportunities for socialization and communication while promoting physical and cognitive health and well-being.
